These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the online training services provided by Next Star through NextStar.vn. By registering, purchasing, or using our services you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. 

We provide paid courses, learning materials, live and recorded classes, assessments, and certificates. Course descriptions, fees, schedules, and delivery modes are published on the site and form part of the agreement between you and the Provider.

III. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES 

Users must provide accurate personal information, maintain the confidentiality of account credentials, and are responsible for all activity under their account. Accounts are for individual use only unless explicit corporate licensing is purchased. 

All fees are stated in the course listing. Payments must be completed before access is granted. Refunds are processed only under the Provider’s published refund policy; exceptions may be made where required by consumer protection laws.

All course content, materials, videos, and platform code are owned or licensed by the Provider. Users receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access materials for personal learning and may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize content without written permission. 

We collect and process personal data to deliver services, manage accounts, and comply with legal obligations. Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Vietnamese regulations. 

E‑learning services in Vietnam may be treated differently depending on delivery mode: non-interactive content (self-study materials) is often regulated as publishing or e-commerce, while interactive online classes may be considered educational services subject to additional rules; the legal framework for e‑learning remains developing and requires careful structuring of offerings. Providers operating learning management systems must ensure functionality and information security consistent with national guidance on online learning platforms. 

Users must not upload illegal content, infringe third-party rights, cheat on assessments, or engage in harassment. Violations may result in suspension or termination. 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider’s liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid by the user in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. 

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, or at our discretion. Users may cancel subscriptions per the cancellation policy. 

These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Parties will seek amicable resolution; unresolved disputes will be submitted to the competent Vietnamese courts.
